Planning is well underway for the Holstein Friesian NZ Annual Conference in Whangarei on 21-24 June 2021.

The Northland Conference Organising Committee will make registrations available at the beginning of April and we will also post them here.
This year’s conference will cover topics from getting the most value out of your beef calves to farming systems in the new world of environmental regulation.
A visit to the famous Kaipara Kumara farm, Marsden Point Oil Refinery and the NIWA Marine Research Centre is also on the agenda.
Josie Hudson, from the Northland organising committee, says there are many great sights to take in around Whangarei at this year’s conference. The Distinction Whangarei Hotel and Conference Centre is also right opposite the new Hunderwasser Arts Centre, due to open later this year.
Attendees will also visit departing Board Member Alex Harvey’s Crossroads Holsteins herd, and Kevin and Michele Alexander’s Waiotu Holsteins, two stunning farms.
We’d like to thank the Northland Branch for the effort which members put into organising this event, it will be one not to miss.
