Attendees will gain insight into the skills and traits that make a great judge, hear personal stories from the speakers, and learn about upcoming opportunities for aspiring judges. Selwyn Donald is a senior Holstein Friesian judge with decades of experience judging at regional, national, and international levels. He is a TOP Inspector and Classifier for Holstein Friesian NZ and also works with Link Livestock as a sales agent. Selwyn is passionate about mentoring young breeders and plays an active role in judging schools and youth development within the breed.

Jacoba Gread is New Zealand’s youngest senior Holstein Friesian judge and currently works as a Livestock Marketing Assistant at Carrfields. She has a strong background in youth judging competitions and is committed to supporting the next generation of breeders. Jacoba brings a fresh perspective on training, mentorship, and the skills needed to succeed as a judge.
