Order Form

The following CRV dispatch fees are pursuant to the 2020 Holstein Friesian Genetic Leaders Catalogue and will be charged on orders where the member is not a CRV Client:            

  1. Standard handling and dispatch fee for each order - $30
  2. LIC Delivery fee (on charge) - $90
  3. LIC Late Fee (on charge) - $50
  4. Hire Bank - $175 per season
