DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in dairying? Secure your spot at the National All Dairy Breeds\, World Wide Sires sponsored\, Youth Camp\, hosted by Holstein Friesian NZ. When: 4-7 January 2027Where: Whytock’s Farm\, Te Awamutu Open to young people aged 10-21 as of 4 January 2027. Participants aged 10-14 attending the camp must be accompanied by an adult and stay offsite overnight. Discounted fees are available for HFNZ Black & White Youth members. What can you expect from the World Wide Sires National All Dairy Breeds Youth Camp? 🐮 Educational modules🐮 Learn about animal clipping\, behaviour\, care and maintenance🐮 Make friends🐮 Branch dinner and quiz🐮 Take part in a mini show and team building activities🐮 Awards and prizes up for grabs🐮 Bus trip and so much more! A subsidy is available to help participants cover their travel costs. It’s $100 to travel 500-999km and $200 to travel greater than 1\,000km.
